Shabads/Kirtan with Sa ra ga ma... ect

I was wondering if there were any shabads or kirtan where the singer sings like the sa ra ga ma, for example I've heard live someone singing a shabad and then singing in raag with the vaja. Something like sa ra sa ra ma ga ga sa ne da da or something.
