Wahiguru Akal Purukh, is well known to us by His "beant(unlimited) Daya Meher. As defined and made known to us by His beloved Gurmukhs.

Such a beloved one, was a Sufi Mystic named Sultan Bahu. In one of his writings left to us and addressed to Akal Purukh, he says the following beautiful lines:

TO ME THERE IS NO OTHER LIKE YOU,
TO YOU THERE ARE MILLIONS LIKE ME.

READ NOT MY SCROLL OF EVIL DEEDS,
SHUT NOT YOUR DOOR ON THIS WRETCHED SOUL.

HAD I NOT STEEPED IN SIN, says BAHU,
ON WHOM HAD YOU HAVE SHOWERED YOUR MERCY?

Wah Wah Sache Badshah.

, (teachings, ruhanee khazana)

THE BANI CLEARLY POINTS OUT THE IMPORTANCE OF A GURMUKH...

THE PURE PAVITER BANI OF OUR GURU SAHIBANS SAYS THAT..... GURMAT, WAHIGURU, ARE ALREADY THERE ...

BUT CAN ONLY BE UNDERSTOOD IN THE CORRECT SENSE AND REALIZED, ONLY, IF ONE IS A WADBHAGEE ENOUGH TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY OF A GURMUKH(Sadh kee sangat) OF ONE´S TIME ...

THAT IT IS WHY IT SAYS AT OTHER PLACE: JE SAU CHAND HONDIYA ... SURAJ HOVEH HAZAR ...GURMUKH BIN, GHOR ANDHER...

THIS MEANS, EVEN IF THERE WERE A HUNDRED MOONS AND A THOUSAND SUNS IN THE SKY ... BUT EVEN THEN , THERE IS A UTTER SPIRITUAL DARKNESS(ignorance), WITHOUT A BELOVED GURMUKH OF ONE´S TIME.

WAHIGURU´S WILL IS UTTER, NO MATTER IF ALL THE HUAMNKIND ALL TOGEHTER BECOMES MENTALLY DULL(insane) AND MANIPULATES THE BANI TO IT´S OWN LIMITS AND TASTE.... BUT EVEN THEN, THE LAW TO MEET OR REALIZE WAHIGURU AND MERGE IN HIM, LAID BY THE GURMUKHS UPON THE ORDERS OF AKAL PURUKH, CAN NOT BE CHANGED BY THE MAN´S WILL....

IK ONKAR, ..... this is the law of Wahiguru Akal Purukh.

As an ordinary tree
becomes fragarant in the company of a sandalwood tree.

So do people begin to love God,
when in the company of His devotee(a Gurmukh).

In the game of love,
between a soul and Wahiguru,
the secret lies in giving one´s best.

Wahiguru,
showers His infinite grace,
and the soul,
its obedience and faith,
in the form of devotion.

And the result in the end, is,
Wahiguru, or Shabad Guru
and the dhun chela,
become one,
without distinction .

Such is the love,
of and for Wahiguru Akal Purukh.

Those who depart from this world, forgetting the Naam, shall be roasted in the frying pan.

This Parsad of Nam, is known or got from a Guru, a Gurmukh or call it may Satguru ... it is the same.

To all of us, who have changed Gurmat into a ritualistic and polluted transformation, with rules, regulations, do´s and dont´s, or even politics, the Bani of our Guru Sahibans clearly warns us against them, that, do all sort of rituals and other external practices, each day, with even 24 hours of full dedication, and because of that, call yourself a sikh, but if you do not do Nam Simran, got as Gurparsad from a Gurmukh, one is simply drowned and burnt in the hell of creation.

All these things are well understood, only when one enters and keeps the company of the Gurmukhs, in their sangat or Sadh kee sangat.

Without dealing in Truth, life is worthless.
And no one has ever found the Lord`s end, or limitation.

All the world is enveloped by the darkness of egotistical pride. It does not like the Truth().
Nobody is interested, in what our Gurus taught about Nam, but everybody is keen in trying to fullfill the rituals and ceremonies, which are related to the body and thus chain us more strongly with karmas in this creation, and then too, we proudly say we are sikhs.

Sorry to say, but we are sikhs(disciples and followers) of the fanatics and moorakhs manmukhs.

Because the Gurmukhs or Sant Janas, only come to remind us of the one supreme truth, which is Wahiguru Akal Purukh, and also bless us with the only way to return to Him, which is Nam Simran, as these words are reflected in the following line:

Chanting the Naam, the Name of the Lord, one returns to his true home with honor.

But because our mind and hearts have been locked, with misunderstandings, so we say Gurmukhs or Sant Janas do not exist, and shall never ever come on earth again, so we fail to understand the true value of Gurmat, though we have memorized the Bani like parrots.

The bani clearly says:

It is a pitiful scene, that while we have the best teachings, but still then, we do not benefit our souls from it, we are trapped by Kal, mind and maya, like the rest of the world, by getting entangled in external practices, and thus lost the reality of Shabad or Nam.

To meditate on the one Lord, is the highest form of religion.

Only by meditating on the one Lord, the dirt of the mind, is washed away.

How simple, sweet and direct are the words of our Guru Sahibans!!!

When spirituality, that is devotion to Shabad, Nam or Word grows within us,
all other good qualities of a human being come in us like cream in milk.

We do not have to fight in order to learn or develop those qualities.
They automatically come within us.

When we have the devotion of the Lord within us, that love, that devotion,
brings all the qualities within us. It just transforms us, our whole outlook is changed.

The more we go near Him, the more we find ourselves close to each other,
and the more we love one another. The more we find peace outside.

It makes us more humans.

Almost all of us, think that in one way or the other, some more others less, we are devotees of Wahiguru Akal Purukh.

But Dhan Guru Amar Das Maharaj, chalks a border line for each one of us, to verify that our very belief.

As usual in the language of Gurmukhs, in a very simple manner with just few words, highest truth is contained.

So does Sachay Badshah Amar Das, tells us :

Naanak bhagathee rathiaa har har naam samaae
O Nanak, those devotees are imbued with the Lord; which are absorbed in the Name of the Lord.

What Sree Guru Amar Das, is saying that, you do not become a devotee of the Lord Wahiguru, by going to pilgrimages, or by wearing any particular clothing, neither by bathing in so called "pure waters", neither by fulfilling any particular rules or regulations established by any "comittee members", nor worshipping any lifeless, consciousless objects, like those made out of paper, stone, wood, cloth or metal ...etc

But, you can only call youself a devotee...if you meditate on the only one truth"Satnam", which is known also as Nam Simran or Nam abhyaas.

These Gurmukhs, Satgurus... do not come to create any new religion, but only to remind us "useless unreliable people", of the only one eternal Truth, which is:

Jin Har japiya, se Har Hoeeya.

The rest does not matter at all, what we wear or not wear...that is not important. Whom do we want to convince or impress?

It is all fashion, which has nothing to do with spirituality.

What matters is, purity in mind, what matters is, if we follow Gurmat , what matters is, if our "chit" is absorbed in Wahiguru through the Gurparsad.

Some may say, I am so dirty that I can not do Nam Simran at all.

That does not matter much, we must take the soap of Nam, then Wahiguru will shower the water of grace upon us, then purity will gradually take place in us, to the extent that a time will come, that by breaking all our mental and karmic bonds, we shall merge and become one with Akal Purukh.

This is the majesty, the mahanta of Nam or Shabad, upon which all true Gurmukhs, Sant Janas of all times, draw our attention ... this is also a sign of the genuine Gurmukhs.

Wah wah Sachay Badshah.

Our main duty of worrying about, should be, whether we are attached to Nam or not.

It is not important to which land, mazab, dharam or class we belong.

Why?

Because Sree Guru Amar Das says:
Naam lagae sae oobarae,
bin naavai jam pur jaa(n)hi

Those who are attached to the Naam, the Name of the Lord, are saved;
without Nam, they must go to the City of Death.

Dhan Guru Amar Das does not say, if you wear this or read this or go there, you shall be saved. The only essential requirement for us being safe, out of the reach of the messengers of death is, whether we are attached and devoted to Nam, by Nam Simran.

This is the essence of Gurmat. Gurmat is simple. We people have misinterpreted, misused and complicated the Bani, thus have lost the real meaning and values in it, out of our sight.

Because we have become so narrow minded, that we want to imprison their teachings between the walls created by us of duality, of manmukhta, so naturally we have become violent fanatics and fools, instead of being pure and paviter like them, our ahankar and krodh have not diminished at all. Rather we take pride in displaying and exercising them

How can it be possible?

If we do not drink the nectar of Nam ... because we are so engrossed in outer mayavee activites. Drinking Nam does not mean, drinking any outer amrits.... but the Amrit of Nam or Shabad, produced within us with Nam Simran. The more we do Nam Simran, the more that Amrit is showered upon us by Satpurukh. This is the key secret of Gurmat.

Bin Navai, nahee kou thao.
No place for rest, peace and joy, without our attachment and devotion to the Nam of Wahiguru.

Wah wah Sachay Badshah.

DIVINE LOVE AND BHAKTI

The soul can not help, but love its own origin. So we have to lift the weight of the senses, of the mind, of karmas or sins, before we experience that love.

And we feel real love when we go beyond the real of mind and maya, when there are no coverings on the soul, when the soul shines, when it knows itself.

Then it experiences the real love fot its own Father, for its own origin.

Love has the quality of merging into another being, becoming another being.

Ultimately, we loose our own identity and individuality, and become one with the Father.

And that is why it is said: love is God, and God is love.

The more love one gives, the more it grows...

And the only way to experience that love, is to withdraw it from the senses, by bhakti of Nam Simran and attach it with the Shabad within oneself.

Then the more the mind is attached to the Shabad within, the more the soul starts shining within.

Bhakti in the form Nam Simran creates love, it strengthens love, and by love it grows.

It grows to such an extent, that we become one with our Father Wahiguru Akal Purukh-

This is divine love....

In the endless adventure of existence, God and man are comrades.

God is our one unfailing companion. He will never leave us.

We may try to run away from him.

But He will continue to follow us as our own shadow.

In the words of Thompson, he is the “Heavenly Hound.” 2.

There is a meaning of mercy in everything that happens to us.

For God is All-love. He is All-wisdom.

He is too loving to punish, too wise to make a mistake.

Whatever happens in the Divine Providence happens for our own good.
