hard time downloading

just wana tell that i get really hard time downloading the shabad or playing the shabad online at the website.. it used to be very easy to download but recently new changes are not letting me download anything.. please look into it and let me know. thanks

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!!

Playing the shabads has stayed the same, nothing has changed in that sense. However, downloading has changed, such that there is no need for a popup.

What seems to be the problem? Can you be a little more elaborate?
- Does the song never show a "save as" window?
- Does the download link never appear?
- What are your steps?

Even I am not able to donwload the shabads (in mp3) like I use so many times in the past. There seems to be some issue although I am logged in. Request for kind and prompt response in rectifying this issue for me such that I continue with my spiritual awakeing soothing experience. Thx

What happens is as follows:
1. I click on "download"
2. right click on "download link" and do a 'save as'
3. instead of getting the entire shabad (in mp3) donwloaded what gets downloaded is only a few kbs of it.

Tried doing this multiple times, but still the same result.

Pls help !!!!
